Ready to use, water based, water reducible, non-flammable, and environmentally friendly. Apply the same as any head cement with a bodkin or brush, for best results allow overnight to thoroughly dry. Once completely dry it will not dissolve in water.
It goes on Milky White and dries completely clear and very hard.
