Bill Sherer's We Tie It Fly Shop - Serving Northern Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Located in the heart of Vilas County in Boulder Junction "The Musky Capital of the World". Our "Full Service" Fly Shop has been catering to fly anglers since 1994 with a full line of fly fishing tackle, clothing and wading apparel. We offer the most complete fly tying materials selection in the Northwoods, along with custom rod repair and advice on current hatches and where to find great fishing.
Our Shop is well stocked and is fully open, we are open to all customers but require you to wear a mask until further notice. My wife & I still have some immune issues to overcome.
We have Winston, Hardy, Greys, Redington, and Maxxon Rods & Reels in stock.
As a new addition, we now carry Tom Schenk's Chippewa River Custom Rods in one Piece 10 and 12 weight models - we have several in stock and ready to fish!
We feature Adam's Built Wading gear as well as Redington Wading Products.
We are open 6 days a week 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday. Bill is always in the Shop on Saturday, he may be in some other days, but call ahead if you can't make it in to see/talk to him on Saturdays, we are closed on Sunday.
Our Northwoods Inflatables Custom Pontoon Rafts are very much in demand and we are getting them out the door as fast as we can, check the "Watercraft" portion of this website to learn more about the 3 models we feature. As a custom builder, we can make almost any modification that suits your needs.
